We are looking for a energetic and experienced qualified to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team as a Deputy Manager – Talent Acquisition at the corporate level. The role involves driving end-to-end recruitment processes for key functions, collaborating with stakeholders across locations, ensuring timely closures, and aligning hiring strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement capabilities.

KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB

· The position is responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies for the Organization.

· This includes finalization of recruitment strategy, planning for execution, recruitment process management and stakeholder management

· Prepare a plan/framework for hiring based on manpower plans and the business projections, & streamline the talent acquisition process

· Create a talent pipeline for all critical roles for future requirements by evaluating the manpower budgets and manpower requisitions

· Develop long-term effective sourcing strategies to ensure an optimal channel mix and cost of hiring





· Develop and implement monthly TA plans to meet the immediate business needs for all open and potential positions in a time-bound manner

· Choose appropriate sources of hiring – external and internal and ensure an appropriate number of quality profiles are sourced

· Define the interview process and panel composition for various levels of hiring

· Ensure timely closure of open positions through coordination and follow up

· Effectively analyze data to identify hiring trends, results & identify gaps in the team & processes

· Monitor & driving talent acquisition metrics (Offer to join ratio, internal customer satisfaction)

· Ensure right salary fitment for all selected candidates across levels through effective negotiations

· Identify premium institutes, tie up with them & offer internship opportunities to create a pipeline for future requirements

· Ensure compliance with the TA policy for all hiring being done

· Manage campus hirings(Premier Institutes) to create a robust talent pipeline
