Lead the integration of solar, wind and energy storage into commercially viable renewable-energy projects.

Key responsibilities
Evaluate solar-wind combinations across candidate sites.
Coordinate generation profiles, storage sizing and dispatch strategies.
Assess transmission utilisation and potential curtailment.
Compare standalone, hybrid and storage-linked project economics.
Coordinate technical, financial and commercial modelling.
Develop phased project configurations and implementation roadmaps.
Work with PPA, grid and engineering teams on delivery requirements.
Support investor presentations and technical due diligence.

Candidate requirements
10+ years in renewable-energy project development or hybrid systems.
Experience with utility-scale solar and/or wind projects.
Understanding of storage economics and grid integration.
Robust cross-functional project leadership.

Success measures
Feasible hybrid configurations.
Documented generation and storage assumptions.
Optimised project economics.
Projects progressing through agreed technical and investment gates.

Pay: From ₹2,500,000.00 per year
