Solid working knowledge of SAP MM and valuable exposure to SAP PP
Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation
Expertise in writing and reviewing Functional Specifications (FS)
Store operations knowledge in a manufacturing/plant setting
Inventory control, material movement, and warehouse best practices
Strong analytical and coordination skills
Excellent documentation, communication, and training abilities

Stores & Inventory Management
Supervise day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of materials.
Monitor stock levels, reorder points, and inventory accuracy through periodic stock audits and reconciliations.
Ensure timely availability of materials to production lines as per BOM and production plans.
Implement and enforce inventory control systems and 5S/storekeeping practices.

SAP ERP Functional Support (MM/PP)
Lead or support SAP S/4HANA-related activities in Stores, including material master, GRN, movement types,



stock transfers, and physical inventory.
Prepare and review Functional Specifications (FS) for custom developments or enhancements in SAP MM and PP.
Collaborate with the ABAP team for technical developments and ensure successful delivery to end users.
Act as a liaison between the Stores team and ERP/IT teams for issue resolution, process improvements, and training.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in Stores using SAP analytics and reporting tools.

SAP Implementation & Go-Live Support
Played a key role as a core team member in SAP S/4HANA implementation across nine production plants.
Participate in requirement gathering, testing, training, data migration, and go-live support phases.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for Stores and related modules.
