Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Embedded Firmware Technical Lead / SME who can provide robust technical leadership across embedded software/firmware architecture, design, development, debugging, verification, and product lifecycle engineering.

Experience in medical devices, safety-critical systems, or other regulated product-development settings is highly preferred.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Firmware Technical Leadership
Lead embedded firmware architecture, design, development and technical reviews.
Develop and review firmware architecture including:
BSP, Device drivers, HAL, RTOS, Middleware, Communication stack & Diagnostics
Define firmware interfaces with hardware, sensors, actuators, application software and cloud/connectivity components.
Hands-on understanding of embedded C/C++ development and debugging.
Lead complex firmware debugging and root-cause analysis.




Review source code, design documentation, interfaces, and technical implementation.
Support legacy firmware understanding, reverse engineering, modernization and platform migration.

Required Technical Skills

RTOS concepts, Bare-metal embedded development, Device drivers & BSP / HAL
Interrupts / DMA / timers
