Job Title : CNC & VMC Programmer

Experience : 15 years

Location : Chennai

Role & Responsibilities :
Program CNC Lathe and VMC machines and perform program prove-outs.
Read 2D engineering drawings and develop 3D models using CAD software.
Select cutting tools and machining parameters.
Ensure component accuracy through first-piece inspection.
Optimize machining time, productivity, and production costs.
Troubleshoot programming and machining issues.
Maintain CNC programs and coordinate with Production and Quality teams.

Qualification & Skills :
Robust hands-on experience in CNC & VMC programming.
Positive knowledge of CAD, 3D modelling, and engineering drawings.
Knowledge of tooling, cutting parameters, and machining processes.
Ability to independently manage the complete process from drawing to production.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
