Expansion of IA & RM Scope and Coverage

1.| Execution & Reporting of Analytical and Risk Based Internal Audits at Corporate, Plants, Warehouses, Sales & Service Locations;

2.| Testing of Internal Controls at defined frequency and report findings & recommendations for the correction of noted control deficiencies and improvements in business processes;

3.| Ability to design and review RCM(s) for the critical business processes;

4.| SOP review & revision/drafting experience;

5.| Interact with key business channel / process managers, management and sometimes with external consultants, and external auditors.

6.| Plan and execute risk based internal audits with guidance and supervision from Manager, Internal audit.





7.| Co-ordination between External Audit team and Auditee / stakeholders for timely completion of various audit as per audit plan.

8.| Identify issues and make recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.

9.| Tracking & follow up for timely closure of reported Audit Issues;

10.| Draft audit reports and have closure discussion with respective project / process owners and other relevant stakeholders.

11.IInvestigation of cases received through Vigil Mechanism System or otherwise.

12.| Knowledge of MIS reporting system and Positive communication skills in Hindi/English.

13.| Candidates with experience in with similar industry will be given preference.

14.| SAP Knowledge and experience is must.
