Position: Engineer cum Architect for Residential Site Execution– Finishing & Detailing, residential properties in South Delhi.

Experience: 3–7 Years (Preferred)

Location: New Delhi

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Engineer cum Architect for Residential Site Execution with robust expertise in post-structure construction, finishing works, and architectural detailing for residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute and supervise all post-structure and finishing works, from masonry to final handover.
Prepare and interpret detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and execution details.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams.
Ensure quality control, accurate measurements, and adherence to project specifications.
Supervise flooring, tiling, plastering, waterproofing, false ceilings, painting, doors, windows, and other finishing works.




Identify and resolve in office execution issues and discrepancies in drawings.
Monitor project progress, material requirements, and work schedules.
Ensure proper coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of construction execution and finishing details.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and reading architectural and working drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good site supervision and contractor management capabilities.
Ability to coordinate independently and deliver quality work within timelines.

Preferred Candidate: An architect with practical site experience in high-quality residential construction, particularly in finishing, detailing, and execution. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
