Job Requirements:

Experience: 8 - 13 Years of Product Development in Automotive Seating

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Specialisation: Mechanical, Electronics, ECE, EEE, Mechatronics)

Key Deliverables:
Driving Customer satisfaction by ensuring flawless launch of recent products.
Ensuring alignment of Product Roadmaps with Business Long term plan.
Ensuring business growth by promoting existing products with current features and cost competetiveness.
Material cost improvement through VA-VE for A products.
Gross Contribution (Sales- RMC) as per approved PFS for B to A projects (maintain & improve) through Design to Cost etc.
Converting Customer Requirement from customer documents and interaction.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
