PROFILE: Service Manager

LOCATION: Jhunjhunu, Sikar

INDUSTRY: Earthmover/ Construction Equipment/ Mining Equipment

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and oversee service support for JCB Backhoe Loaders, Excavators, and other Construction Equipment in assigned territory.
Ensure timely response and resolution of customer service and machine breakdown complaints. Monitor machine breakdown cases and ensure effective technical support to minimize machine downtime.
Plan and manage preventive maintenance activities to improve machine reliability and performance.
Conduct customer and site visits to understand technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
Handle critical machine breakdowns and provide technical guidance to Service Engineers.
Ensure high machine uptime and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Identify training requirements and ensure continuous technical development of the service team.




Monitor service engineer productivity, efficiency, and field service performance.
Promote and generate business for AMC's and After sales spare parts.

ROLE REQUIRES:
Diploma / B-Tech in Mechanical & Electrical.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Construction Equipment / Earthmoving Equipment service.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
Experience with Backhoe Loaders, Excavators, or similar heavy equipment will be highly
preferred.
Solid communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to handle Service team, customer escalations and critical machine breakdowns.
Knowledge of MS Excel and service management systems/CRM will be an advantage
