Key Responsibilities
Develop various sources for agent hiring and build a robust team of agents.
Conduct activities to enhance existing agent footfall and generate referrals for new agent hiring.
Ensure agents possess comprehensive product knowledge through training and field demonstrations.
Work closely with agents to plan and review their activities and goals, identifying training needs and collaborating with trainers to address them.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets while improving agent productivity and persistency.




Act as a brand ambassador and customer champion, ensuring customer queries are addressed satisfactorily and fostering deep customer loyalty.
Organize periodical customer meetings to gauge customer needs and pulse.
