Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of the organization. The Finance Manager will be responsible for budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, taxation, compliance, financial reporting, and supporting strategic business decisions through accurate financial analysis.

CTC : Upto 6 LPA

Min. Exp - 2 Yrs

Location : Sector - 69, Gurugram

Key Responsibilities
Reconcile accounts of ecommerce platforms like Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart etc.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management
Ensure timely preparation of balance sheets, P&L; statements, and MIS reports
Handle taxation matters including GST, TDS, Income Tax,



and statutory compliance
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
Develop internal financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies
Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for cost reduction and profitability improvement
Support management in strategic financial decision-making
Ensure compliance with all legal, financial, and regulatory requirements
Lead and supervise the finance and accounts team

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
Solid knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or

ERP systems
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
