As the Engineering Manager at Shorthills AI, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers to develop and deliver groundbreaking artificial intelligence solutions. You will play a key role in shaping the future of AI technology, while also ensuring the success of our engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects on time and within budget.
Evaluate and implement current technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our engineering processes.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering team.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders,



including senior management, to provide regular updates on project status, progress, and challenges.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master'sdegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from TierI/II Engineering Colleges
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of engineers in a technical setting.
Robust technical background in python,artificial intelligence, machine learning, and/or data science.
Expertise in software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
