Entry fees and timings
Assist customers with booking play sessions and birthday parties.
Booking & Reservation Management

Manage bookings for
Play sessions
Birthday parties
School visits and group bookings
Maintain proper records of customer details and booking schedules.
Coordinate with operations and café teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
