Job OverviewMarcadors is looking for a professional and customer-oriented Guest Relations Executive for one of our esteemed client in F and B sector to ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and experience in guest handling within a restaurant/hospitality workplace.

The role involves managing guest interactions, handling reservations, addressing customer queries and feedback, coordinating with the restaurant team, and ensuring smooth service from guest arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage guests with a warm and professional approach
Ensure excellent guest experience throughout their visit
Manage table reservations, bookings, and guest seating coordination
Handle customer queries, feedback, and special requests effectively
Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams for smooth guest service
Provide information about menu items, waiting time, and restaurant services
Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries professionally




Maintain guest records and daily reports
Assist in resolving guest complaints and escalate issues when required
Support billing and payment coordination with the restaurant team
Operate Petpooja POS software for billing, order management, and restaurant operations
Maintain a clean and organized guest reception area
Build positive relationships with regular customers

Required Skills & QualificationsExperience & Knowledge
2–3 years of experience as a Guest Relation Executive / Front Desk Executive / Receptionist in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setup
Good understanding of guest service operations and hospitality standards
Basic knowledge of restaurant reservations and billing coordination
Must have knowledge of Petpooja POS software

Soft Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks during busy hours
Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills

Basic computer knowledge
