Research Associate I

Location:
Navi Mumbai/Taloja, India Function: Research & Development We are seeking a Research Associate I to support analytical testing, method development, instrumentation maintenance, and R&D; projects within our Research & Development Center.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct chemical and material characterization testing using standard laboratory procedures.
• Analyze and interpret test data; prepare technical reports and presentations.
• Support method development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of analytical instruments.
• Maintain laboratory safety, data integrity, and quality standards.
• Support research projects through investigative testing and analysis.

Qualifications:
• M.
Sc. (Analytical Chemistry preferred)



with 2+ years of laboratory experience OR B.
Sc. with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation and laboratory techniques.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience in technical report writing and data analysis.
• Preferred Background: Analytical Chemistry, Specialty Chemicals, Materials, Polymers, Petrochemicals, Rubber/Tire, or Industrial R&D; Laboratories.
