Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research prospective pharmaceutical, OTC, nutraceutical, supplement and private-label companies
• Initiate professional communication through email, telephone and LinkedIn
• Follow up consistently and maintain opportunity records
• Capture product, market, volume, packaging, documentation and timeline requirements
• Maintain CRM, pipeline records and weekly reports
• Coordinate with R&D;, Technical, Quality, Regulatory, Production, Packaging and Finance teams
• Support approved marketing campaigns, LinkedIn activities, presentations and content




• Develop working knowledge of regulatory and market-entry requirements What We’re Looking For ✔ 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Inside Sales, Customer Coordination or related B2B roles ✔ Strong written and spoken English ✔ Positive email, telephone and presentation skills ✔ Strong organisation and follow-up discipline ✔ Experience with Excel/Sheets and CRM or lead-management systems ✔ Understanding of technical-commercial and regulatory subjects Preferred: Experience in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, supplements, contract manufacturing, healthcare, ingredients or packaging, with exposure to export enquiries or international customers.
