What You'll Do
• Manage Projects: Oversee multiple contract migration projects from start to finish.
• Lead Discovery: Work with clients to locate contract files, metadata, and key details.
• Extract & Structure: Pull mandatory contract data and organize documents into proper structures.
• Upload & Test: Perform actual data uploads, conduct quality checks, and lead testing (UAT) with clients.

Experience:
6–10 years of experience in contract review and data uploads.
• Tool Expertise: Strong knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and legal project tools.
• Legal Background: A Law degree (Bachelor's or Master's) is preferred.
