Job Summary The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the organization’s overall financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, and cash flow management. This role plays a key part in financial planning, cost control, and supporting leadership with strategic financial insights.

Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day accounting, finance, and treasury operations
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, and regulatory filings
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
Implement and monitor internal controls and financial policies
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions




Supervise and guide finance and accounting team members
Support management in strategic planning, cost optimization, and risk management

Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
Skilled qualification such as CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles
Solid knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance
Hands-on experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and audits
Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)
Experience in managing teams and coordinating with external stakeholders
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
