We are looking for an experienced HR Manager specializing in recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee joining formalities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
Develop effective candidate sourcing strategies.
Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies and smooth onboarding.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, primarily in recruitment.
Solid communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Positive knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
