Job Summary

Blue Earth Consulting is seeking an analytical finance skilled for a varied role spanning business finance, fund oversight and international operations. The position offers exposure to financial analysis, fund NAV reviews, cross-border audits and coordination with external advisers, going well beyond routine accounting.

Key Responsibilities
Support accounting, financial statements, budgets and cash-flow monitoring for business operations.
Prepare management reports, financial analyses and periodic MIS for the business and funds.
Review and validate fund NAV calculations prepared by external fund administrators, including underlying reconciliations and supporting schedules.
Coordinate audits, financial reporting and compliance matters for international operations.
Oversee outsourced providers handling GST, TDS and routine statutory filings; review their work and monitor deadlines.




Liaise with fund administrators, auditors, consultants and other stakeholders on finance and operational matters.

Educational Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant, preferably with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Solid accounting and financial reporting fundamentals.
Exposure to fund accounting, corporate finance or international operations would be an advantage.

Required Skills
Robust MS Excel and financial analysis skills.
Familiarity with Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
Good numerical, analytical and reconciliation skills.
Ability to coordinate with external service providers and auditors.
Attention to detail, initiative and effective communication skills.
