Role Overview

Lead the interior design function from concept development to project execution, ensuring design excellence, client satisfaction, cost efficiency, and timely delivery across projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the interior design team across multiple projects.
Oversee concept design, space planning, layouts, material selection, finishes, and detailed drawings.
Coordinate with architecture, MEP, procurement, contracts, and site execution teams.
Ensure designs align with client requirements, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Review drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and design submissions.
Conduct client presentations and manage design approvals.
Ensure design intent is maintained during site execution and resolve design-related issues.




Drive design innovation, material research, and adherence to industry standards.

Desired Profile
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
18- 20 years of relevant experience, preferably in turnkey contracting, high end residential, and corporate fit-outs.
Robust leadership, client management, design coordination, and project execution skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant design tools.
Solid understanding of materials, finishes, BOQs, budgets, and site execution.
