Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in the USA.
Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
Deliver end-to-end customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Create a positive customer experience through transparent communication.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Robust customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work night shifts and from Gurugram.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
