Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 2–4 years of IT support/asset management experience.
Solid knowledge of MDM tools, antivirus solutions, IT compliance, and hands-on experience with

Windows, macOS, Linux, and common applications.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, Freshservice, ServiceNow) and familiarity with Active Directory and user management.
Basic understanding of networking (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP, VPN) and knowledge of ITIL processes like Incident,

Change, and Asset Management.
Maintain and update the complete IT asset inventory, including lifecycle tracking from procurement to decommissioning.
Conduct regular physical asset verification, reconciliation,



and coordinate with procurement/finance for tagging, disposal, and audits.
Manage all user devices through MDM, ensuring policy enforcement, updates, and security compliance.
Monitor antivirus, patching, and endpoint security; assist with vulnerability management and VPN/Sophos

Firewall (valuable to have).
Provide L1/L2 desktop support for Windows, macOS, and basic Linux, including installation, configuration,

and troubleshooting.
Resolve common IT issues (hardware, software, network, email, VPN) and escalate critical incidents when required.
Maintain IT documentation and ensure compliance with security standards, data protection policies, and audit requirements.
