Pre-requisites of the Role
10+ years of experience in interior design
Past experience of leading and delivering office interior projects of more than 20,000 sqft each.
Experience of leading a team and managing projects across India.
In Depth experiential knowledge of building regulations, MEP, fire safety norms and standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers and project managers to deliver high-quality workspace designs and end-to-end project delivery.
Plan and execute layouts and designs for offices, co-working spaces, and corporate settings.
Develop and maintain design systems, brand guidelines, and visual standards for interiors.
Create and review 3D models, renderings, floor plans, and mood boards for and internal approvals
Manage vendors, contractors,



and procurement for furniture, materials, and installations
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with local building codes, safety, and accessibility standards
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget alignment
Conduct quality checks and due diligence to maintain design integrity and compliance
Work closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, operations, management, external vendors, and stakeholders
