Location: University of Design, Innovation & Technology (UDIT),Gurugram, Okhla Phase-1 Delhi.

Job Summary The Executive – IT will provide technical support to faculty and staff, maintain IT infrastructure, manage end-user devices, and support cloud services, networking, classroom technology, and day-to-day IT operations across the university.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Windows, macOS, laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, email, and user account management.
Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, internet, VPN, and basic network issues.
Assist with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, endpoint management, and device setup.
Install and support classroom AV equipment, commercial displays, and video conferencing systems.
Maintain IT assets, software inventory, and documentation.
Support backup systems, NAS storage, and basic server infrastructure.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and warranty support.
Resolve IT support tickets within defined SLAs.
Assist during admissions, examinations,



events, and other university activities requiring IT support.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Diploma or certification in Hardware & Networking/IT is an added advantage.

Experience
2–4 years of experience in IT Support, IT Infrastructure, or Desktop Support.
Experience in higher education or enterprise IT environments is preferred.
