We are looking for an experienced and strategic finance qualified to join our team as AGM – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) at our Head Office in Gurugram. The incumbent will play a key role in driving the organization’s financial planning process, including annual business plans, long-term strategic plans, quarterly forecasts, and performance analytics. This role requires robust financial modeling skills, business acumen, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Financial Planning & Forecasting
Lead and coordinate the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process in collaboration with business and functional teams.
Drive the Long-Term Strategic Planning (LTP) process with insights on industry trends, financial goals, and strategic initiatives.
Prepare and manage quarterly rolling forecasts, including revenue, cost, margin, and capital expenditure forecasts.

Performance Analysis & Reporting
Analyze key business metrics,



variance analysis (budget vs actual vs forecast), and provide actionable insights to management.
Develop and maintain dashboards and management reporting packs for leadership and board presentations.
Partner with business units to understand key drivers and improve forecasting accuracy.

Financial Modeling & Scenario Planning
Build and maintain energetic financial models for scenario analysis, business case evaluations, and investment decisions.
Support M&A; evaluation and integration analysis, if applicable.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Accounting, Business Finance, Strategy, and Operations teams to ensure alignment across planning processes.
Support leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic decision support.
