The Coordinator will mentor students enrolled under the Kotak Junior Scholarship (KJS) Program and ensure effective implementation of program activities.
Mentor students through regular follow-ups, academic guidance, study planning, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Provide academic and motivational support while connecting students with relevant learning resources.
Lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of KJS program activities in line with project objectives.
Manage scholarship intake and onboarding, including student orientation, application support, document verification, telephonic interviews, and home visits.
Coordinate student engagement initiatives such as Flip Learning, academic sessions, Career Mapping Tests, mentoring, and other program activities.
Monitor student progress, maintain MIS/ERP records, and prepare program reports, case studies, and student profiles.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project implementation and timely achievement of program outcomes.
Supervise and provide guidance to a team of 3–4 members, based on project requirements and team strength.
