: Oracle ARCS Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle ARCS Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), reconciliation processes, and financial close operations.

Mandatory Skills
Hands-on experience with Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service).
Experience in account reconciliation, reconciliation compliance, and financial close processes.
Knowledge of reconciliation profiles, formats, rules, and matching types.
Experience with transaction matching, variance analysis, and exception handling.
Ability to configure reconciliation workflows, approvals, and user access.
Experience with data integration, imports, mappings, and reconciliation reporting.
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Key Responsibilities




Configure and maintain Oracle ARCS applications.
Manage account reconciliation processes and transaction matching.
Develop reconciliation rules, formats, and workflows.
Investigate reconciliation exceptions and resolve issues.
Support data loads, integrations, testing, and production activities.
Collaborate with finance and technical teams to improve reconciliation efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements
Experience: 5–12 years.
Location: Pune.
Candidates must be available for a face-to-face interview in Pune.
Prior hands-on Oracle ARCS experience is required.
