Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement customer-centric business strategies to ensure effective utilization of resources and achievement of organizational objectives.
Formulate and execute sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory to drive business growth, increase market share, and achieve profitability targets.
Deliver excellence in sales and marketing operations by creating positive customer experiences and strengthening client relationships.
Identify, engage, and build relationships with key influencers, including architects, interior designers, interior contractors, builders, and fabricators, by presenting value-driven solutions.
Secure and manage high-value accounts through consultative selling and solution-based approaches.
Strengthen relationship maturity with existing key accounts by continuously proposing solutions aligned with customer objectives and business needs.
Actively participate in event marketing, brand promotion,



and sales activation initiatives to enhance market presence and generate business opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts and develop KRAs to ensure successful achievement of daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Explore and capitalize on prospects in current and underserved markets to expand the customer base and business footprint.
Foster a positive and performance-driven work workplace through effective communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, and relationship management skills.
