We are looking for an experienced KIBO OMS Developer with solid expertise in order management, e-commerce integrations, and order lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing, customizing, and integrating KIBO Commerce and Order Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and maintain solutions using KIBO Order Management System.
Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, including order capture, validation, fulfillment, shipment, cancellation, returns, and refunds.
Develop and maintain integrations between KIBO OMS and e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, payment gateways, warehouse management systems, and shipping providers.
Work with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration services to enable seamless data exchange.
Troubleshoot order processing issues and optimize OMS workflows.
Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and other developers to deliver OMS solutions.
Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing,



deployment, and production support.
Ensure system performance, scalability, and data consistency across integrated applications.

Required Skills
8+ years of experience in software development, e-commerce, order management, or related technologies.
Robust hands-on experience with KIBO OMS implementation, customization, or support.
Knowledge of order lifecycle management, distributed order management (DOM), and fulfillment processes.
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and system integrations.
Proficiency in at least one relevant programming language, such as Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript, depending on the KIBO implementation.
Experience integrating OMS with ERP, e-commerce, inventory, warehouse, and shipping systems.
Robust debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with KIBO Commerce and other e-commerce platforms.
Knowledge of microservices, cloud-based platforms, and event-driven integrations.
Experience with Agile methodology, CI/CD, and production support.
Experience working with enterprise retail or e-commerce clients.
