Position: General Manager - Project

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 15 - 25 Years

Industries: Pharma

Responsibilities:
Lead project execution from conceptualization, feasibility studies, and budgeting through commissioning and final handover.
Prepare project plans, schedules, CAPEX budgets, resource allocation plans, and risk assessments.
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, QA, EHS, Procurement, Utilities, Validation, contractors, and external consultants.
Manage design reviews, plant layout finalization, equipment selection, and technical evaluations.
Monitor project progress, timelines, costs, quality, and resource utilization to achieve project objectives.
Supervise contractors, site activities, construction work, and safety compliance.
Ensure adherence to cGMP, EHS, statutory regulations, and applicable quality standards.
Conduct project review meetings and provide regular progress reports to management.
Maintain project documentation, change control records, and stakeholder communications.
Lead commissioning, qualification, performance verification, and final project handover activities.
Identify project risks,



resolve execution challenges, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays and cost overruns.
