Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced UKG Kronos Integration Engineer with robust hands-on experience in UKG Workforce Central (WFC/eTIME) and Workforce Dimensions (WFD/UKG Pro WFM). The ideal candidate should have expertise in developing, configuring, testing, and supporting integrations using WIM (Workforce Integration Manager) and/or EIM (Employee Integration Manager).

Required Skills:
UKG Workforce Central (WFC/eTIME) - Mandatory
UKG Workforce Dimensions (WFD/UKG Pro WFM) - Mandatory
WIM (Workforce Integration Manager) and/or EIM (Employee Integration Manager) - Mandatory
Hands-on Integration Development experience
Experience with XML, JSON, Flat Files, Data Mapping and Transformations
Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills
Experience with SQL for data validation and analysis

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, test, deploy, and support integrations in UKG WFC and WFD.




Build and maintain interfaces between Workforce Management, HCM, Payroll, and third-party systems.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and error handling.
Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production stabilization.
Create reusable integration components and best practices.

Preferred Skills:
Dell Boomi integration experience with WFC/WFD
REST/SOAP APIs
SFTP, OAuth, and related integration protocols
Payroll and Time & Attendance integration experience

Significant Note: This role is specifically for candidates with hands-on UKG/Kronos WFC/WFD integration development experience. Profiles with only SAP, Workday, Oracle, MuleSoft, or generic integration experience will not be considered.
