Job Title: Business Analyst Risk & Capital Management

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Bangalore

Key Skills:
Solid experience in Business Analysis within Financial Services / BFSI.
Experience in Economic Capital, Solvency II, Asset & Liability Management (ALM), or Financial Risk Management.
Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Experience in preparing BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Solid knowledge of SQL and data analysis; working knowledge of Excel/Python for data validation.
Experience in risk modelling, risk aggregation, and stress-testing workflows.
Experience in data mapping, data dictionaries, data validation, and integration requirements.




Hands-on experience in UAT, functional testing, and model validation.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments, including backlog management and sprint ceremonies.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial/actuarial methodologies.
Experience with Jira and Confluence is preferred.
Experience working with European clients will be an added advantage.
Solid stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
