Compose cost estimate (e.g., personnel, equipment, tools, and tackles required), warehouse planning, if necessary, layout creation, cost, and price determination.
Implementation and evaluation of process analysis and process changes.
Driving the MRM Meeting and Customer KPI Meeting- Monitoring KPI, action plan and follow-up for control
Evaluation of key performance indicators - Success control through target/actual comparisons
MHE Moto hours measurement, optimization through proper study and methodology.
Kaizen Management and Poka-yoke Implementation and management as well as IDEA generation.
