Lead and manage all subsurface investigation activities across projects while integrating up-to-date geospatial technologies (Drone & LiDAR) to enable accurate ground assessment and data-driven construction planning.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute geotechnical investigations
Interpret soil/rock data for foundation design and risk assessment
Manage and operate investigation equipment (GPR, resistivity, seismic tools)
Ensure calibration, maintenance, and utilization of equipment
Collaborate with GIS/BIM teams for DTM, volumetrics, and digital models
Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and insights for project teams
Ensure compliance with IS codes, safety, and quality standards
Coordinate with consultants, vendors,
and internal stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Civil / Geotechnical / Geology / Geophysics
5–10 years of experience in subsurface investigation for infrastructure projects
Key Skills
Robust knowledge of soil mechanics & foundation engineering
Hands-on experience with geophysical equipment
Exposure to Drone surveys and LiDAR data processing
Familiarity with GIS, BIM, AutoCAD/Civil 3D
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
