MIS Reporting & Business Analytics
Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Generate sales pipeline reports and order forwarding MIS.
Prepare Weekly Stuffing MIS and Marketing/POP MIS.
Prepare Sample MIS and coordinate with the Accounts team.
Prepare Claim MIS along with Credit/Debit Note tracking.
Prepare Sales Order Booking (SOB) reports for Corporate Accounts.
Maintain Trade Approval (TA) files.
Monitor GP% and TA reports for EAG business.
Coordinate with internal departments for commercial data requirements.
Tracking of raw material prices.
Monitor Latin American currency movements.
Track INR, RMB, and VND exchange rates.
Prepare reports supporting pricing and procurement decisions.

Key Skills & Competencies
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas, Dashboards).
Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar).
Excellent data interpretation and reporting skills.
Ability to handle multiple reports with strict timelines.
