Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications; oversee quality controls, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Maintenance &
Asset Management: Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance, high equipment uptime, effective asset utilization, and availability of critical spares.
HSE: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards and drive initiatives to minimize workplace incidents.

Budget Management:



Manage plant budgets and drive cost optimization across materials, energy, manpower, and processes while monitoring key operational KPIs.
