We are seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Excellence Manager to lead our efforts in achieving world-class manufacturing standards in lithium battery production. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in battery manufacturing, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Conduct gap analysis and benchmarking studies to identify best practices in lithium battery manufacturing.
Develop and execute a manufacturing excellence roadmap, aligned with business objectives.
Implement lean manufacturing principles, such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including yield, efficiency, quality, and cost.
Identify and address operational bottlenecks, implementing corrective actions to ensure production targets are met.
Collaborate with R&D; teams to implement current technologies and improve product design for manufacturability.
