We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MIS & Backend Support qualified to join our team at Eastman Auto & Power Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data related to our operations, ensuring that accurate information flows seamlessly throughout the organization. The primary focus of this role will be to develop and maintain management information systems (MIS) that aid in decision-making processes.

You will also provide backend support to various departments, facilitating effective operations and improving service delivery.
Develop, maintain, and enhance MIS reports and dashboards as per the organizational needs.
Analyze data to identify trends, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making.




Ensure data integrity and accuracy by regularly auditing datasets and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored MIS solutions.
Provide backend support, troubleshooting, and resolving data-related issues for users.
Assist in the design and implementation of recent data systems and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Prepare and present periodic reports to management on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics.
