Key Responsibilities
Assist in medical coding and insurance documentation.
Review patient records and medical documents for insurance processing.
Assist with cashless insurance approvals and pre-authorization procedures.
Support insurance claim submission and follow-up.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, and insurance departments.
Verify patient details and ensure the accuracy of insurance records.
Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of patient information.
Assist with insurance claim queries and rejection follow-ups.

Candidates with a degree or diploma in Medical Coding, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field are preferred.
