We're looking for a Founder's Office Delivery – Enterprise Business who can own enterprise execution, ensure seamless customer delivery, drive operational excellence, and work closely with the founders to scale the business.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Delivery

Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise customer engagements.

Ensure timely execution, quality delivery, and SLA adherence.

Build scalable delivery processes and governance.

Strategic Program Management





Lead high-value enterprise implementations from kickoff to go-live.

Manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously.

Drive execution across Product, Engineering, AI, Operations, and Customer Success.

Customer & Revenue Ownership

Act as the executive stakeholder for strategic enterprise accounts.

Drive customer satisfaction, renewals, and account expansion.

Monitor delivery KPIs, commercial commitments, and account profitability.

Founder’s Office

Track organization-wide OKRs and execution.

Solve cross-functional bottlenecks and drive decision-making.
