Key Responsibilities
Assist in medical coding and insurance documentation.
Review patient records and medical documents for insurance processing.
Assist with cashless insurance approvals and pre-authorization procedures.
Support insurance claim submission and follow-up.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, and insurance departments.
Verify patient details and ensure the accuracy of insurance records.
