About the Company The Founders Finance is a Bangalore-based finance partner for founder-led businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets. The team runs Virtual CFO, Accounting and Taxation, Fundraising, Company Secretarial and Advisory functions for companies across consumer and D2C, food and beverage, fashion, SaaS and financial services, working to a disciplined monthly rhythm rather than year-end scrambles. It's a small, senior-heavy team by design, so everyone works close to the numbers, the clients and the decisions.

About the Role

This is not a desk-in-the-corner role. As part of the Founder's Office, you'll sit at the centre of TFF, close to the founder, across every vertical, and in the room where priorities are set. Expect a full calendar, a steep learning curve and a front-row seat to how a finance firm is built and scaled.

Roles and Responsibilities
Act as the founder's right hand: track priorities, follow-ups and decisions, and keep everything moving
Liaise with every team and vertical to align work and clear roadblocks
Make sense of finance data and turn it into transparent, decision-ready insights
Consolidate updates from all verticals and report them to the founder through crisp briefs and dashboards
Support growth and strategy initiatives: client pipeline,



process improvements and ad hoc projects
Manage the founder's travel, including itineraries, bookings and logistics, so every business trip runs smoothly
Own TFF's external communications, including the LinkedIn page, content calendar, posts and brand moments
Prepare briefs and notes for meetings, and close the loop on every action item

Requirements
Positive understanding of finance data
Excellent written and verbal communication, with a sharp eye for details
Strong ownership, structure and the ability to juggle between priorities without dropping details
Comfort working across teams and with senior people, with the judgment to know what actually matters
High discretion with confidential business and financial information
Positive Excel and presentation skills

Good to Have
Prior experience in a founder's office, consulting or strategy role (internships counted)
Experience in startups or finance and advisory firms
Experience managing a company LinkedIn page or social media content
Familiarity with design tools such as Canva.,
Or just a zeal to do all of it :)
