: Marketing and SEO Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing and SEO Specialist to grow our organic traffic, run paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, and bring in quality leads for the business.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute on-page, off-page and technical SEO, including keyword research, content optimisation and link building.
Create, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) to improve leads and reduce cost per lead.
Run Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns, including audience targeting, creatives and A/B testing.
Set up conversion tracking and remarketing, and report on traffic and campaign performance using GA4 and Search Console.
Plan and run digital marketing activity across search, social and email to support lead generation.




Manage social media profiles and content calendar (a plus).

Requirements
[2–5] years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Good knowledge of SEO and analytics tools such as GA4, Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs.
Solid analytical, reporting and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field preferred.

Valuable to Have
Experience handling social media accounts and content planning.
Basic Canva or design skills.
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
