Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee daily hospitality operations, manage guest relations, handle bookings, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have robust business development skills and the ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day hospitality operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Handle guest relations, inquiries, complaints, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee reservations, bookings, and coordination with guests.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and business growth.
Identify current business opportunities and build solid client relationships.
Monitor operational performance and maintain service quality standards.




Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Prepare operational reports and track business performance.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality management or operations.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in guest management, bookings, and customer service.
Knowledge of business development, sales, and revenue generation.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and resolve operational challenges.
A customer-focused approach with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
