The Maintenance Executive will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our manufacturing facilities and ensuring that all equipment and machinery are running smoothly to support our production process.
Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to ensure the effective operation of our manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Conduct regular inspections of the facilities and equipment to identify any maintenance needs and address them in a timely manner.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services and repairs.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including scheduling, repairs, and equipment performance.
Monitor and manage the inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies to ensure availability for maintenance tasks.
Supervise and support the maintenance team in their day-to-day activities, providing guidance and training as needed.
