About the Role

We are looking for experienced and motivated US Freight Brokers with at least 1 year of experience in the US freight brokerage industry. The ideal candidate should understand the US trucking and logistics market and have the ability to manage and grow a book of business.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a book of business in the US freight market.
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers.
Negotiate competitive freight rates and maximize profitability.
Source and book loads while ensuring smooth shipment execution.
Coordinate with carriers, shippers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Track shipments, resolve operational issues, and maintain solid customer relationships.
Achieve individual performance and revenue targets.

Requirements
Minimum 1+ year of experience in US freight brokerage.




Understanding of the US trucking industry, load booking, and rate negotiation.
Experience managing loads and building relationships with shippers and carriers.
Robust communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace and grow a book of business.
