True Form is hiring a Front Desk & Membership Sales Associate!

You will be the first point of contact for our members and future members, owning the front desk experience and supporting membership sign-ups and renewals. If you’re friendly, organized, and motivated by helping people reach their fitness goals, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities,
Greet members and guests; maintain a welcoming experience
Manage front desk operations (check-ins, phones, scheduling support)
Conduct tours and convert prospects into memberships
Follow up with leads and support membership renewals
Track goals and maintain an organized sales pipeline
Keep the front area clean, stocked, and on-brand

Requirements,
Robust customer service and communication skills
Comfortable with sales and follow-up
Reliable, positive attitude, and able to work in a fast-paced workplace
Fitness/gym experience is a plus (not required)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
