Key Responsibilities:
Own distributor and channel marketing: partner kits, onboarding packs, territory launch plans, and co-marketing programs
Build and maintain our sales and marketing collateral library, including datasheets, brochures, decks, case studies, and ROI tools
Manage our advertising, PR, and influencer marketing agencies, covering briefing, budgets, timelines, and quality of deliverables
Lead PR agency coordination specifically: media outreach, press releases, and journalist/analyst engagement
Coordinate influencer campaigns end to end, from agency briefing through performance tracking
Act as the coordination point across Digital Marketing, Creative Studio, and channel initiatives, tracking status, flagging risks, and keeping execution aligned to plan
Apply brand standards consistently across partner, agency, and product facing materials
Support product launches, trade shows, events, and live demos

Required Skills & Qualifications: (List must-have skills, technical expertise, certifications, etc.)
5 to 7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with a tangible product company (industrial, hardware, robotics, automation, medtech, or capital equipment)
Hands on experience building sales and marketing collateral for B2B sales cycles




Working knowledge of distributor/dealer channel mechanics
Experience managing external agencies, advertising and/or influencer marketing, including briefing, budgets, and deliverable review
Robust written and verbal communication and the ability to synthesize status across multiple workstreams

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
PR agency management experience. This is a capability we're actively building, and candidates with direct experience here stand out
Experience managing a digital marketing team
International GTM or distributor exposure
Background in robotics, automation, or tangible product company
MBA or PGDM in Marketing

Educational Qualification:
