Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team within the US Healthcare RCM process.
Ensure high-quality delivery across Cash Posting, Billing, Claim Adjudication, and Charge Entry functions.
Conduct quality audits, identify process gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and compliance with client SLAs.
Provide coaching, training, and feedback to enhance team quality standards.
Requirements:
Any Graduate.
Solid domain expertise in Cash Posting, Billing, Claim Adjudication, and Charge Entry.
Valuable understanding of quality frameworks, audits, and process improvement.
Prior team handling/people management experience is mandatory.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
